Description: Rustic house in typical Alentejo architecture for 6/10 people (12 max),with 134m 2 (1,442ft 2 ), 4 bedrooms (all with double beds, plus 2 single beds and one sofa-bed), kitchen, dining room, living room with a traditional fireplace, a game room with a snooker table, 2 bathrooms and a small office. The house is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, 43-inch Full HD LED TV with 110 satellite channels (MEOBox), DVD player and Wi-Fi.
The house is integrated in the villa with the pool (8,55x4,10x1,25- 1,80 mts), leisure area and pool shed, surrounded by fruit and olive trees, as well as a wide variety of beautiful plants and flowers, barbecue and 1 bike at the guests'disposal, in a very quiet and sunny location. Has accesses to disabled persons.
Location: located in the village of Foros de Mora, 108km (67 miles) from Lisbon (travel time is around 1h15) on the way to Pavia (500 mts from the sign to "Foros de Mora/Trânsito local")4km (2.4 miles) from Mora (charming Alentejo village) and 7km away from the river beach and natural park (Fluviário de Mora and Parque Ecológico Natural do Gameiro, with campsite). The villa is also close to Barragem de Montargil (19km/12 miles away) and 56km away from the scenic city of Évora.
In Foros de Mora you will find many typical restaurants, a traditional bakery (senhor Abundâncio, with round-the-clock fresh Alentejo bread and pastries), market, supermarket and a traditional grocery store, as well as a low cost gas station, commerce and handcraft stores, snack bars and coffee places (some open from 5AM until 2AM).

Fees and conditions (2018) - for 8 people max:
In July, August and until September 15: € 1.100/week (minimum of 6 nights stay, Saturday 2 Saturday).
Last two weeks of June and September: € 900/week
In May, the first two weeks of June, and October: € 800/week (negotiable)
In the remaining months the fee is set at €600/week (negotiable), except Christmas, New
Year's Eve, Easter and Carnival holidays (3 days: € 400).
Weekends (Friday-Sunday, subject to availability): € 400 / € 600
Extra days (negotiable and subject to availability): € 140 / € 200
Extra guests fee (9-12 people): € 50 per person or € 25 per child (4-10 years old)
